Initiating a Return:
To start the return process, please send your item to our facility, located at CLOCKWISE, Sureña 38 Via Destello, Caguas, Puerto Rico 00725. It is important to note that the shipping costs incurred when returning an item are the responsibility of the customer, as we do not offer reimbursements for these expenses. Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Fee:
A $15 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the costs associated with the return shipping. This fee applies once we receive the returned items at our facility.
Responsibility for Shipment:
Once the package is in the hands of the courier, CLOCKWISE is not liable for its delivery. We recommend that for items valued over $75, you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Although we are committed to customer satisfaction, we cannot assure the receipt of your returned item.
Lost Packages:
CLOCKWISE cannot be held responsible for packages lost during transit. The responsibility to track and recover any lost packages falls to the customer. However, we will provide assistance within our capabilities.

To facilitate a smooth and timely delivery of your return, please ensure that the delivery address is secure and that someone is available to receive the package. This precaution helps to avoid any complications in receiving your returned items.
