ANARIAS ATELIER

Anarias Atelier, founded in May 2016 as a tribute to the legacy of seamstress and dressmaking teacher Ana Arias de Viana and her daughter, Gloria Viana de Rivera, a fashion designer. Their passion and talent left an indelible mark on their granddaughters, Ximena and Cristina.

Ximena Rivera Viana, with a solid career in the fashion industry, decided to continue the prestigious haute couture workshop that her mother, Gloria, had founded. At just 18 years old, and following her mother's death, she took on the challenge of keeping the family legacy alive. Thanks to the support of her family, the experience of her long-time employees, and the trust of her clients, she managed to consolidate her work, dressing thousands of brides and women from Cali's socialites.

Cristina Rivera Viana, an industrial engineer with more than 12 years of experience in marketing for multinational companies, one day discovered among family heirlooms the dressmaking books written by her grandmother more than 45 years ago. This discovery awakened a special calling in her. After months of work and conversations with her sister, ANARIAS Atelier was born, a brand that honors her grandmother, Ana Arias, the pioneer of this legacy that is now in its third generation.
