Collection: ARTE Y TEJIDO

Between the cities of Barranquilla and Cartagena lies Chorrera, a small township projected to be the artisanal and commercial showcase of Colombia's North Atlantic region. In 2002, a group of women gathered and founded the Chorrera Artisans Association, and in 2011, the Arte y Tejido brand was born. This group has dedicated itself to creating woven products using the crochet technique, using natural and artificial fibers, including leather, to develop the renowned Colombian backpacks.

The purpose of this brand is based on empowering artisans so they can aspire to a better quality of life and market their products globally.
